Central authority for reference counts and pin state
of IPFS content. Every ipfs-api instance asks this service how often a
CID is held, instead of counting locally — otherwise two instances sharing one
Kubo swarm would write past each other and drop files somebody still holds.
Every route other than /, /health and /swagger
requires an X-API-KEY header. This is a service-to-service API; there
are no user accounts.
